Head to the website
Visit the Runners Need Vitality site to browse and select the sports footwear you’d like to buy. You’ll need to register with Runners Need or login to an existing Runners Need account.
If the selected footwear is eligible for discount, you’ll see the Vitality logo underneath the price. Click Login or Register next to the Vitality logo.
Confirm your Vitality membership number and date of birth
Once you’ve registered with Runners Need or logged in to your account, you’ll need to enter your Vitality membership number and date of birth. Runners Need will then confirm your eligibility and if you can receive the discount.
Checkout
Go to the checkout page, where you’ll see your Vitality membership discount has been applied. If you’re purchasing sports shoes for a child on your plan, you’ll need to first register or login as an adult. You'll then need to click the link on the product page to add the child’s Vitality membership number. You can do this as many times as you need depending on the number of children on your plan.
Confirm order and pay
Proceed with the checkout journey, select a payment method and confirm your order. By visiting Runners Need you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. If you experience any issues with the online journey, please contact Runners Need on 0117 456 2342.
