Check your Amazon Prime code
If your Amazon Prime code is not working, the first step is to check the code you are using.
Log into the Member Zone. Click on Get rewarded, scroll down and click on the Amazon Prime tile. Your Amazon Prime code will show on the next page.
Next, log into the Vitality Member app. Tap on Rewards then the Active Rewards tab. Scroll down and tap on the Amazon Prime tile. Your Amazon Prime code will show on the next screen.
Check that the code you are using matches the code shown on Member Zone and the code shown in the Vitality Member app.
