We understand that mental health is as important as physical health. That's why we've given all members on Personal Healthcare, Business Healthcare and Corporate Health plans* access to a range of mental health support.
We guide you to the right care
Our care starts with a simple online assessment, to help you understand what type of support you might need. This can range from 24/7 app-based support with our partner Wysa, to online or face-to-face talking therapy from Vitality's clinical partners, if it's covered by your plan.

Self-care with Headspace
You can access Headspace’s mindfulness-based, mental well-being support straight away and at no extra cost. This includes their guided cognitive behavioural therapy based programmes for mood and anxiety, managing stress and finding your best sleep. Find more information on the Headspace page.
Getting the support you need
If you have spoken to a GP and they have referred you to talking therapy or to see a psychiatrist, you will be able to claim for this through the Care Hub if its covered by your plan.
