Please make sure you have downloaded the Vitality GP UK app.
The app is available for free on the App Store or Google Play and is compatible with Apple iOS 12 and above or Android 6.0 or above.
Unfortunately, the Vitality GP app isn't compatible with iPod Touch, Blackberry, Amazon or Windows devices.
For tablet devices, iPad requires iPadOS 15.0 or later and Android requires version 7.0 and up.
Video consultations can be booked up to 48 hours in advance, with appointments available between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday, and between 8am and 4pm on Saturdays.
Log in with the same username and password you use for the Member Zone.
