The Manage My Plan page on your Member Zone account will provide general information about your:
Plan coverage and benefits
Plan start and renewal dates
Membership number
In the Messages section, you can find your membership certificate and terms and conditions.
Your membership certificate contains all the details of your plan, including the information listed above. You’ll also find your plan number in the certificate, and if you have a plan with us through your employment or as part of a scheme, your scheme name will be shown there.
You can also view this information via the Vitality UK app by clicking My documents.
