Find details of your cover
For information on your VitalityHealth plan, log into your Member Zone. From there:
Click on the Health tab to access the Care Hub
Select Manage my plan at the bottom of the page
This will give you general information about your plan cover, the start and renewal dates, and your membership number.
You can also view this information via the Vitality Member app - click the profile icon at the top right of the screen and select My documents.
How does my excess work?
The excess is the amount of the claim that you are responsible for paying to your treating medical provider.
When a member joins Vitality, they choose their level of excess contribution (or have it selected for them, if they are a member on a business or corporate plan).
You can find out about your own excess on the Care Hub, and can also track the excess amounts you have paid so far and any amount remaining to pay.
