Request or manage treatment
If you have a condition which needs medical treatment, you may be able to get the care needed from your Vitality Health plan using one of the following:
Private GPs – if you want to speak to a private GP, download and use the Vitality GP app. You can book and join a video consultation, as well as access your consultation notes.
Physiotherapists – if you have muscle, bone or joint problems, refer yourself for physiotherapy support via the Care Hub with no need to see a GP first.
Mental health specialists – if you need help with your mental health, go to the mental health support page. Here, you’ll be able to access online mental health support or refer yourself for some talking therapy.
Menopause practitioners – if you’re in need of some support and advice, find out how to connect with a menopause practitioner.
Specialists – if you’ve seen a GP and have a treatment referral, use the Care Hub to start your claim and arrange an appointment with a specialist.
What you need to do when you see a specialist
Where we have confirmed that your plan covers the treatment you are claiming for, you can use Care Hub for additional support. This support could be arranging further consultations or hospital procedures. We may be able to confirm immediately that your plan covers your claim, or we may need to discuss it in more detail first.
