How do I link my Oura Ring to Vitality?

To connect your Oura Ring to the Vitality UK app, you will need to set up your Oura Ring in the Oura App and then link your Oura App to Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android).

You can check your Oura Membership by:

1. Opening the Oura App

2. Tap the three lines in the top left-hand corner

3. Tap Settings

4. Scroll down to Account

5. Tap Manage Membership

6. The Membership Hub will display, which will show your current subscription level

If you cancel your Oura Membership, your activity data will no longer be shared with Vitality which means you will not be able to earn points through your Oura Ring.
