How do I make a booking with Expedia?

From the Expedia page on Member Zone, click Find out how to book.

This page shows details of the Expedia discount you are eligible for and your Vitality membership number. You can choose to make a note of your membership number or click Copy number to clipboard.

Accept the reward terms and conditions. You also need to agree to Expedia and Vitality sharing your Vitality membership number and hotel booking details. This is so you receive the right reward discount.

This takes you to the Expedia website to make your hotel booking.

If you navigate away from the booking page once your discount coupon is displayed but you haven’t made a booking, your discount coupon will disappear. Either make a note of it, accept cookies in your browser or start your booking again using the link on the Expedia Member Zone page.

Choose from Expedia’s range of pre-paid hotels on Member Zone. Choose the dates for your travel and number of travellers and pay for it upfront after your discount has been applied. The discount can't be used for pay on arrival bookings or a bookings that are already made.

Available booking dates

• Bookings must be made in the agreed redemption period of 31 August 2024 to 31 August 2025

• This is for travel in the period between 31 August 2024 and 28 February 2026 inclusive

• The discount coupons currently available are valid for bookings up to 28 February 2026

Click on Use coupon, credit or promotion code at the checkout, in the payment section or below the total trip amount. This is on the best available rate after offers and Expedia Rewards discount before taxes and fees.

If you navigate away from this page before you book, your discount coupon will disappear. Either make a note of it or start your booking again from this page.
