The Care Hub makes it easy to request approval for further treatment on your claims. Before you begin, ensure you have the following information ready:
Condition details - Confirm or update your diagnosis or condition details
Required treatment - Specify the treatment you need
Consultant and hospital - Provide the name of your consultant and the hospital where your treatment is booked
Steps to submit your request
Go to the Manage Recent Claims section and select the relevant claim.
Follow the on-screen prompts to book your treatment with an eligible consultant and hospital under your plan.
This process also applies if you are requesting approval for other treatments, including:
Additional consultations
Diagnostic tests
Physiotherapy
Other therapies or non-surgical treatments
In many cases, we can provide an immediate response to your request. If not, we aim to get back to you by the end of the next working day.
