How do I update personal details on my Life plan?

To request a change you will need your membership number and plan number.

You can find your Membership number on the Member Zone when you click on the Account icon in the top right corner. Similarly, you can find it on the app when you click the Account icon in the top right corner.

To change personal details for yourself or for a child on your plan, including name, date of birth or contact details, choose from the options below. If you need to change the details for your partner or spouse please contact us.
