Your Personal Health Fund

The Personal Health Fund (PHF) is a pot of money available to some members. Eligible members can be reimbursed for certain everyday healthcare expenses via the PHF.

Not every member will have a PHF on their plan. The PHF is only available on Business Healthcare plans and Corporate Healthcare plans that select it. If you have a Personal Healthcare plan, you will not have a PHF available to you.

If you do have an eligible plan, creating your Health Profile on the Vitality UK app will allow you to access your PHF.

You will start off with £75 in your fund each plan year after you’ve updated your Health Profile. Each time you improve your Vitality status, we’ll add another £50.

The following page details the kind of treatments and services covered by the PHF. You can be reimbursed for those treatments and services if you have enough money in the fund. This applies to you and any dependants on the plan.

We will carry any money left in the fund at the end of your plan year over to the next plan year. This is subject to your employer renewing your plan with this benefit. There is no cash value if you leave your company plan or your employer cancels your cover.

The highest amount possible in your PHF is £1,000 per adult member on the plan. After this point, any annual or status-based increases will not apply.
