How does the Callaway benefit work?

What is the Callaway benefit?

We’ve partnered with Callaway, an American company that designs and sells golf equipment, to offer members discounts on golf clubs, golf balls, and accessories, with additional savings available on selected pre‑owned golf clubs.

Once every 90 days, you can get a voucher to use on:

  • Callaway

    • 10% off new golf clubs, Vitality golf balls, and accessories (towels, hats, head covers, and gloves)

    • 20% off new accessories from the Vitality Range

and

  • Callaway Pre-owned

    • 20% off pre-owned Callaway golf clubs

The discount is applied to the advertised retail price. Each voucher can only be used once, can’t be combined with any other discounts, and any unused vouchers won’t roll over to your next reward period.

If you are purchasing multiple items, your discount will be applied to the total cost of the transaction. A single voucher code can be used in one transaction.

Eligibility

The Callaway benefit is available to members aged 18 and over who have an active Vitality plan, are UK or British Crown Dependency residents, and are registered on Member Zone. There is no child allowance for this benefit.

If you are covered under more than one active Vitality plan, you will still only be entitled to the benefit once per 90-day period.

Using your discount

The Vouchers can only be used on Callaway’s online stores.

Callaway has two separate online stores. Make sure you generate the correct voucher in the Vitality UK app for what you want to purchase:

  • New items (new clubs, accessories, and Vitality‑branded items) must be purchased via the Callaway voucher in the Vitality UK app.

  • Pre‑owned items (pre-owned golf clubs) must be purchased via the Callaway Pre-owned voucher in the Vitality UK app.

Your Callaway voucher won’t work on the pre‑owned website, and your Callaway pre‑owned voucher won’t work on the main Callaway website.

Generate your Callaway discount code

  1. Tap the Get Healthier tab at the bottom of the app

  2. Tap Take action at the top of the page

  3. Scroll to the Golf section and select Callaway or Callaway Pre-owned

  4. Read the information provided

  5. Tap Generate code

Find your code

Once generated, your discount code will appear in the Wallet section of the app:

  1. Tap the Rewards tab

  2. Scroll down to the Wallet

  3. Select the discount code you want to use and follow the on‑screen instructions
