The Polar benefit

Polar have a range of devices that can track your steps and heart rate to earn Vitality activity points.

Vitality members on all Health, Life and Vitality at Work plans can receive up to 40% off a selection of Polar devices.

Each member aged 16 and over on the plan can buy one discounted Polar or Garmin device each plan year.

To earn Vitality points for your workouts you’ll need a device or chest strap that can track your heart rate.
