What is the Trek benefit?
We have partnered with bicycle manufacturer Trek to offer discounts on Trek, Electra, and Diamant bikes and accessories.
A 20% discount, available once every 12 months, that can be used on:
A full‑price Trek, Electra, or Diamant bike
Full-price accessories when purchased in the same transaction as a bike
A 10% discount, available once every 90 days, that can be used on:
A discounted Trek, Electra, or Diament bike
Full-price bikes purchased via approved Cycle to Work schemes or bike finance
Accessories, clothing, and components
The 20% discount voucher cannot be used on sale or discounted items, finance purchases, or Cycle to Work scheme orders.
Discounts are applied to the advertised retail price of bikes and accessories and will be applied to the total cost of the transaction when multiple items are purchased.
Each voucher can be used on one bike purchase, accessories, or both in the same transaction. Only one bike may be purchased per voucher and only one Vitality Trek voucher can be used per transaction.
Each voucher can be used once, can’t be combined with any other discounts, and any unused vouchers won’t roll over to your next reward period. The offer is only valid at Trek Bicycle stores and on Trekstore.co.uk. The voucher is not valid at independent Trek stockists.
Eligibility
The Trek benefit is available to members aged 18 and over who have an active Vitality plan, are UK or British Crown Dependency residents, and are registered on Member Zone. There is no child allowance for this benefit.
If you are covered under more than one active Vitality plan, you will still only be entitled to the benefit as follows:
One 20% discount every 12 months
One 10% discount every 90 days
Delivery
You can choose to purchase in-store, via click-and-collect, or have it delivered for a charge. You can select:
Collect in store (free), or
Use Click & Collect (where available), or
Choose home delivery (charges may apply)
A list of Trek retailers near your home address will be shown, based on the delivery option you choose.
Your bike will be sent to the Trek retailer you select, where it will be professionally assembled and prepared for collection or delivery.

Using your discount
Your voucher can only be used in-store or on the Trekstore website.
To get your discount:
Download the Vitality UK app
Register using your membership number
Unlock your benefits
Follow the steps in the Vitality UK app to unlock your benefits
Generate your Trek discount code
Tap the Get Healthier tab at the bottom of the app
Tap Take action at the top of the page
Scroll to the Cycle section and select Trek
Read the information provided
Tap Generate code
Find your code
Once generated, your discount code will appear in the Wallet section of the app:
Tap the Rewards tab
Scroll down to the Wallet
Select the discount code you want to use and follow the on‑screen instructions
