Once Health Connect and the Oura App are linked, you will need to check that Health Connect and the Vitality UK app are connected.

Open and login to the Vitality UK app
Tap the Profile icon in the top right corner
Tap Device Connections to see a list of available and linked devices
Tap Health Connect from the list
- If already linked to Health Connect, you will see the option DISCONNECT
If not already linked to Health Connect, Tap CONNECT
Tap Allow to let the Vitality UK app receive information from the Health Connect app. Your Health Connect and Vitality UK app will then be linked.

If you are using multiple devices (for example, Oura Ring and a Samsung Watch), only one device will be prioritised. Activity and step data from different devices is not combined, and you will only earn points for the highest recorded activity to ensure that you earn the highest number of activity points.

To prioritise Oura Ring in Health Connect

Open Health Connect
Tap Manage Data
Select Data sources and priority
Tap on the specific data category you want to prioritise (i.e. activity)
Under Data sources, select the three lines next to Oura and move it to the top of the list

Once done, open and log in to the Vitality UK app and drag your finger down from the top of the home screen to refresh the app.
