What is a 4-week Streak?

A 4-week Streak is where you earn 12 activity points in a week, for four weeks in a row.

What happens if I miss a week in my 4-week Streak?

If you miss a week during your 4-week Streak, the cycle simply resets. This gives you a new opportunity to start your 4-week Streak the very next week.

How long do I have to choose my Streak Rewards?

Once you hit your 4-week Streak, your Streak Rewards will unlock on the Monday following the end of your fourth week. Once unlocked, you will have 28 days to choose and use your rewards.

Where can I find my Streak Rewards?

Once chosen, your Streak Rewards will show in the Wallet within the Vitality UK app. They will show as either a QR code or a voucher number.

Can I change my Streak Reward?

No, it's not possible to change your reward.

Once chosen, your Streak Reward will be added to the Wallet within the Vitality UK app.

What rewards can I choose from when I hit a 4-week Streak?

Some of your Play rewards have now moved to Streak Rewards. This means after you've hit a 4-week Streak, you can pick two of the following:

a cinema ticket on us
a freshly-made itsu meal
a Rakuten TV on-demand movie rental
a 30-day Deliveroo Plus Gold membership
a meal on us at Carluccio's
30% discount on up to 4 Online Advance tickets with Merlin Attractions

What will happen to my rewards previously chosen under Play?

Any Play rewards you chose prior to December will still be available in your Wallet within the Vitality UK app.

For example, if you chose a Rakuten TV voucher as part of your November Play rewards, your voucher will remain in your Wallet until the voucher expiry date as usual. Then, from December your Rakuten TV voucher will be available after every 4-week Streak you hit.
