We understand that mental health is as important as physical health. That's why we've given all Vitality Health Lite and Vitality Health Lite with Diagnostics members access to mental health support through their plan.

We guide you to the right care

Our care starts with a simple online assessment via your Care Hub, to help you understand what type of support you might need. This can range from 24/7 app-based support with our partner Wysa, to online or face-to-face talking therapy from Vitality's clinical partners, if it's covered by your plan. Go to your Care Hub and select Start a claim. Then choose I would like to access mental health support and click See my therapy options.

Self-care with Headspace

You can access Headspace’s mindfulness-based, mental well-being support straight away and at no extra cost. This includes their guided cognitive behavioural therapy based programmes for mood and anxiety, managing stress and finding your best sleep. Find more information on the Headspace page.

Getting the support you need

You don't need a GP referral to access talking therapy. However, if you have spoken to a GP and they have referred you to talking therapy, visit your Care Hub and select Start a claim. Then choose I would like to access mental health support and click I have a GP referral for talking therapies to book your initial session with one of our partners.
