Tracking your Apple Watch delivery
Please make sure your address is up to date as you won't be able to change it once you've ordered your Apple Watch. You can check and update your address in Member Zone.
Please note that Apple can only deliver to a UK residential address. They cannot deliver to the Channel Islands.
You'll get a text message when your Apple Watch has been dispatched. This gives you the option to change the delivery date, arrange delivery to a safe place or neighbour, or to collect your Apple Watch from a local depot. It can take 7-14 days for delivery and sometimes longer in busy periods.
If you think that your Apple Watch has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please have your reference number handy from your order confirmation email.
Changing your Apple Watch order
Change device
We can request a cancellation of your order within 24 hours. Once our systems have been updated, you can then order your preferred watch. If the watch has been dispatched, you will need to wait for delivery to return the watch. Once we are in receipt of the watch, you will then be able to order an alternative watch.
Change delivery address
We can request a change within 24 hours. If the watch has already been dispatched, we cannot change the address. You can however request for the device to be picked up from a drop off point.
Do this by following the instructions on the text message containing the delivery information. This is usually sent 72 hours after dispatch.
Returning your Apple Watch
Let us know if you wish to return your Apple Watch so we can provide relevant return instructions. Your 14-day, cooling off period starts from the date you receive your watch. If you want to return your Apple Watch during this period, the box your Apple Watch came in must be unopened. You must keep a copy of the return receipt.
If you'd like to return your Apple Watch because of damage within 90 days of delivery, contact AppleCare for a free diagnosis over the phone.
Please then contact us to arrange a return. Make sure you have provided your AppleCare Case ID.
If the issue appears after the first use, the Apple one year Warranty applies. You can contact the AppleCare team for a free diagnosis over the phone. You may also need to contact an approved Apple service provider for an inspection (fees may apply).
If the inspection shows a manufacturer issue, your watch will be repaired or exchanged for free with AppleCare.
Apple also offer a 90 day Complimentary Support on their new devices.
If your Apple Watch is damaged between 90 days to one year from activation, the Apple one year warranty may apply. You can contact the AppleCare team for a free diagnosis over the phone. You may also need to contact an approved Apple service provider for an inspection (fees may apply).
If the inspection shows a manufacturer issue, your watch will be repaired or exchanged for free with AppleCare.
If the issue is non-manufacturer related, you'll receive a quote for repair costs.
If your Apple Watch is damaged more than one year from unit activation, the device will not be covered by AppleCare. Please contact an official Apple service provider (fees may apply).
If the inspection shows a manufacturer issue, your watch will be repaired or exchanged for free under the Consumer Law Claim.
If the issue is non-manufacturer related, you'll receive a quote for repair costs.
