What is Care Hub?

Care Hub is the central location for managing all of your health claims and benefits. It’s the easy way to get the treatment you need, in just a few taps.

Not got a referral? Get specialist care with no need to see a GP

If you’ve not got a referral, there are a range of treatment options which you can access via Care Hub. You may be able to self-refer for:

  • Mental health support,

  • Physiotherapy for bone, muscle or joint problems, or

  • Breast cancer screening

You can access these quickly and without needing to see a GP. To see your self-referral care options, click here.

Have a referral for a new condition?

If you’ve already seen a GP and have a referral, click Start My Claim below to get started. If you’ve not got a referral, you can speak to a Vitality GP about your health concerns or to see if further treatment is needed.

Already have a claim open with us?

You’ll be able to view important details about your existing claims in the Manage Recent Claims section, such as:

  • Your authorisation number

  • The status and details of your claim

  • What has been approved so far

  • The bills relating to that particular claim

To request approval for your next stage of care, just pick the relevant claim, select Request further treatment and follow the on-screen steps to book treatment with your preferred consultant and hospital that’s eligible on your plan. To do this, or to view your recent claims, click Go To My Recent Claims below.

Looking for your plan details and benefits?

Navigate to the Manage My Plan section to update your plan details and to see what you’re covered for. You’ll find all the details regarding your excess and benefits limits for your plan on the Benefits and Excess page.
