The treatment includes:
Discounted access to Boots Online Doctor weight-loss treatment service, with clinician-led care and one-to-one coaching included at no extra cost. If you remain eligible, the benefit can cover treatment for up to 24-months.
A 10-week lifestyle-based programme via the Boots Online Doctor tracker app, giving you access to a healthy living podcast series, expert-led exercise videos and nutrition guidance.
Up to 12-months of aftercare and clinical support from Boots Online Doctor.
The discount available is based on Vitality status:
Bronze Vitality status - 10% discount
Silver Vitality status - 15% discount
Gold Vitality status - 20% discount
Platinum Vitality status - 25% discount
On the Get Healthier tab on the Vitality UK app, eligible members will find the Boots Online Doctor weight-loss treatment service under Take Action > Manage your weight. Members will then be directed to Boots Online Doctor for further information and next steps including an online assessment for clinical suitability and discussion on risks and costs.
