Face-to-Face GP Service
See a GP in person and get quick medical attention with our private Face-to-face GP service, for only £20 per appointment. If you prefer to use our video Vitality GP service, you can do so at no additional cost. For more information select the What is the Vitality GP option below.
We work with DocTap, London Doctors Clinic, and Roodlane Medical* to offer you fast access to private GP services across 30+ clinics in various locations around the UK. Details of the clinic locations can be found on your Care Hub.
Following your consultation, the private face-to-face GP may issue a referral for onward treatment if they consider this necessary for your condition. If they do this, you will receive a referral letter.
If you wish to claim for the cost of onward treatment, you can do so by requesting approval for this treatment online in the Care Hub or by contacting us on 0345 602 3437 (lines open 9am to 7pm Monday to Friday, and 9am until 1pm on Saturdays). Call charges may apply.
*Roodlane don’t offer appointments for under 18’s at all its clinics, so please check when booking. Details of the clinic locations can be found on your Care Hub.
