Our partner, Peppy, allows you to connect with real-life, NHS-trained menopause practitioners who can offer you guidance and advice.
Peppy lets you speak to menopause practitioners through one-to-one instant messaging and 40-minute video or phone consultations. So you get remote, personalised support, all via a secure app.
It’s available at no extra cost to members aged 18 or over, with a Personal Healthcare plan, a Business Healthcare plan (excluding Vitality Essentials and Vitality at Work Business) or a Corporate Healthcare plan (excluding Vitality at Work Enterprise).
Whether you’re worried about your health, have questions about symptoms or want to find out about your treatment options, Peppy is here to help. A Vitality GP may also refer you to this service. You can access Peppy via the Care Hub, where you will also find a range of links and resources such as FAQs around the menopause diagnosis and HRT, all supported by menopause experts.
