Pregnancy and childbirth claims
To find out if you're eligible to claim for pregnancy complications or childbirth through your Vitality plan, check your plan details through Member Zone.
To find these details:
Log into your Member Zone account
Select Health at the top of the screen
Select the Manage My Plan tab and then scroll down and choose Health Plan to see what is included under My plan benefits
What is the child cashback benefit?
You may be eligible to receive a cash payment following the birth or legal adoption of a child.
The benefit is paid once per child, even if both parents are covered on the plan.
How do I add a baby to my plan?
If you have a plan through your place of work, reach out to your Company Contact or adviser to add your new baby to the plan.
