You will need a referral from a GP or consultant for any therapies treatment and the practitioner must be registered with Vitality. You can make use of our Vitality GP app* which gives you quick and convenient access to a private GP. They can refer you for therapies treatment or specialist care if they deem it necessary.
Before you book any treatment, you will need to call us on 0345 602 3523 to confirm that we can pay for your treatment.
*This service is not available to members on Vitality at Work Enterprise plans. Members living in the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands can access video GP appointments by calling 0345 602 3523 (opening hours Monday to Friday - 8am to 7pm, Saturday - 9am to 1pm).
