Assessment results

Following your Bluecrest Health Assessment, Bluecrest send full results within 28 days of the appointment.

If your results need urgent feedback, we’ll give you confidential and proactive support. You can view your results by logging onto your My Wellness account on Bluecrest's website. Results are normally available within eight days of your assessment.

If there are any results that are available on the day of your assessment, you’ll be able to talk through them with the clinician.

If you cannot see your results in your My Wellness account or you did not receive them, please contact Bluecrest directly so they can investigate. You can contact Bluecrest on 0800 652 2104. Their opening times are:
