If you’ve been referred to a consultant, you can begin your claim through the Care Hub , where you’ll also be able to complete your own consultant booking.
Booking a consultant through your Care Hub allows you to view all consultants and hospitals covered by your plan and arrange an appointment that suits you.
Keep an eye out for a pink banner when choosing your consultant, as this means this consultant is one of our Premier Consultants. A premier consultant is someone who has met our stringent criteria for delivering excellent treatment outcomes, clinical practice and efficient care.
