The Amazon Prime benefit ended 15 January 2024

Due to changes in how Amazon Prime vouchers are issued through our business partnership, we can no longer offer the benefit.

How this affects you

If your renewal date was before 15 January 2024

You could still renew your Prime membership with us one more time, for another 12 months. But, you needed to do this no later than 14 January 2024. That included requesting your voucher code and taking out a new credit agreement. You can check your renewal date on the Vitality Member app.

If your renewal date is on or after 15 January 2024

Your current Prime membership with us is unaffected. But, you won’t be able to renew your Prime membership with us when it runs out. Please check your Amazon account to see whether auto-renewal is switched on, and arrange to renew your Prime membership with Amazon directly if you want to.

Is there anything replacing it?

To help keep your health moving forward, rest assured, we’ll be re-investing in some exciting enhancements to the Vitality Programme in 2024.
