Your cinema reward is changing (Northern Ireland)
Your rewards are getting a boost, so you can make the most of getting healthier.
Available exclusively in the Vitality UK app from 7 April 2025, you can now pick what rewards work best for you, including 50% off a weekly cinema ticket from ODEON or Vue.
Vitality Plus members will also be able to Play to choose a monthly cinema ticket on us from a partner cinema.
What's changing
Currently each active month runs from the first day of the month to the last day of the month. Once you earn 48 activity points in a month, you can request a cinema ticket code via email. You have until the end of the following month to use this code.
From April 2025, once you’ve earned 12 activity points each week between Monday and Sunday, from the following Monday you can pick from rewards that include 50% off a cinema ticket with ODEON or Vue.
Vitality Plus members will be able to Play for more rewards. When you Play weekly, at the end of the month you can unlock up to three monthly rewards from a range of brands, this includes a cinema ticket on us.
How will it change
While we're making these improvements on our systems, from the end of March to beginning of April 2025 the reward will work as follows;
Between 1 March and 31 March 2025
Earn 48 activity points between 1 March and 31 March and you can email us for a cinema ticket in the usual manner. This can take up to three days to receive it. Once you have received your code in March, you will have until the end of April to use it.
From 31 March 2025
Earn 12 activity points between Monday 31 March and Sunday 6 April and from Monday 7 April you can;
Pick your weekly rewards including 50% off a cinema ticket from ODEON or Vue. This will be exclusively in the Vitality UK app from Monday 7 April. Once you've picked your cinema reward, your voucher will be in the Vitality UK app Wallet. Make sure to use your voucher by the end of Sunday 13 April. The voucher will expire following this date.
Earn 12 activity points each week to Play each week and at the end of the month you can unlock up to three monthly rewards from a range of brands, this includes a cinema ticket on us. Choose from the last Monday of the month, and make sure you have done this by the Sunday of the same week. You will have 30 days in which to use the cinema ticket.
Plans eligible for Play rewards are as follows:
Any personal health insurance plan
Any business health insurance plan, excluding Vitality at Work and Essentials plans
Any corporate healthcare plan or healthcare trust with Vitality Plus
A VitalityLife plan with Vitality Plus
