Your itsu reward is changing
Your itsu reward is getting a boost, so you can make the most of getting healthier.
Available exclusively in the Vitality UK app from Monday 7 April 2025, you can pick your weekly rewards. Choose what rewards work best for you every week – including 25% off a freshly-made meal from itsu.
Vitality Plus members will be able to Play for a freshly-made meal from itsu on us.
What's changing
Weekly Pick
Currently once you’ve earned 12 activity points between Monday and Sunday, you are emailed a voucher for 25% off a freshly-made itsu meal from Thursday of the following week.
From Monday 7 April 2025 you can pick your reward in the Vitality UK app, providing you have earned 12 activity points between Monday and Sunday of the previous week.
The reward will remain the same which is a 25% off a freshly-made meal. In addition, you will also have the option to pick your handcrafted drink reward from Caffè Nero.
Play
Earning 12 activity points each week will allow you to Play in the Vitality UK app.
Play for extra rewards and unlock up to three rewards from a range of brands, new and existing. Just play in the app each week and at least one reward a month is yours. This will include a freshly-made itsu meal on us - choose it from the last Monday of the month.
Eligibility for Play
Plans eligible for these Play rewards are as follows:
Any personal health insurance plan
Any business health insurance plan, excluding Vitality at Work and Essentials plans
Any corporate healthcare plan or healthcare trust with Vitality Plus
A VitalityLife plan with Vitality Plus
