Your Rakuten TV reward is changing
Your rewards are getting a boost, so you can make the most of getting healthier.
Available exclusively in the Vitality UK app from 7 April 2025, your Rakuten TV reward will become a part of Vitality Play. When you Play in the app each week, you will be able to choose from three rewards that suit you. When you play each week, at least one reward a month is yours.
What's changing
Currently once you’ve earned 12 activity points, between Monday and Sunday, your voucher is available in the Vitality UK app on the following Thursday.
From 7 April 2025, once you’ve earned 12 activity points, between Monday and Sunday, you'll be able to play from the following Monday. From the last Monday of the month, choose up to three monthly rewards, including Rakuten TV.
How will it change
While we're making these improvements on our systems, from the end of March to beginning of April 2025 the reward will work as follows;
Between Monday 24 March and Sunday 30 March
Earn 12 activity points between Monday 24 March and Sunday 30 March, your voucher will be in the Vitality UK app from Thursday 3 April. Your voucher will expire one week later on Wednesday 9 April.
Between Monday 31 March and Sunday 6 April
Earn 12 activity points between Monday 31 March and Sunday 6 April and from Monday 7 April you can Play weekly in the Vitality UK app for more rewards. At the end of the month you can unlock up to three monthly rewards from a range of brands including Rakuten TV. The more Stanleys you collect every week, the more monthly rewards you unlock to choose from.

Any personal health insurance plan
Any business health insurance plan, excluding Vitality at Work and Essentials plans
Any corporate healthcare plan or healthcare trust with Vitality Plus
