How do I book a Vitality Healthcheck?

You can book your Vitality Healthcheck either via the Member Zone or the Vitality UK app.

To book through Member Zone:

1. Open Member Zone

2. Click Vitality Programme at the top of the page

3. Click Get Rewarded

4. Click on the tile Vitality Healthcheck with Bluecrest

5. Click Book your Healthcheck

6. Once you've read the terms and conditions and are happy to give consent click the boxes

7. Click Book Healthcheck

8. Choose if you would like an in-person healthcheck or an online healthcheck

9. Follow the on-screen instructions on the Bluecrest page to complete your booking

To book through the Vitality UK app:

1. Log in to the Vitality UK app

2. Click Get Healthier*

3. Scroll down to the Get more insights section at the bottom of the page

4. Select the Vitality Healthcheck tile

5. Scroll down to Next steps and click Book Online

6. Click Book your Healthcheck and follow the on-screen steps

Please note that Vitality Healthchecks are not available for children or anyone under the age of 18.

Once booked, you will receive an email confirming all the details of the booking. You may find it useful to keep this email if you need to refer to any details, including the date, time, and location of the Healthcheck.
