
Members aged 18 and over can register on Member Zone. Each adult covered on the plan must register for their own Member Zone account if they want to submit claims online through the Care Hub.
You cannot submit a claim on behalf of another adult member on your plan.
If you plan includes dependants under the age of 18, only the principal plan holder can view their details, including membership numbers. These details are available in the principal plan holder's Member Zone and on their membership certificate.
Claiming for dependants under 18
Only the principal plan holder can submit claims for dependants under the age of 18 through the Care Hub.
Submitting a claim
Select Start a claim in the Care Hub.
Answer the on-screen questions.
When prompted, choose whether the claim is for you or a dependent.
Complete the remaining steps to submit your claim.
Once the claim is submitted, the Care Hub will show the authorisation (care) number, the claim's status and any next steps. If the request is for a member under 13, the condition name will be shown; clicking it opens the condition summary. For members aged 13 or over the condition name is not displayed.
