The NHS Hospital Cash Benefit
If you have chosen an NHS hospital admission instead of using your private health plan for treatment, you may be able to get cash back.
The NHS hospital cash benefit is only available for treatment that would have been eligible under your plan. If you are admitted to hospital in an emergency, no benefit will be payable for any part of the admission. To learn more about emergency caesarean cover, please choose the relevant option below.
You may need to ask your consultant at the hospital to complete some of your paperwork, so please remember to ask for the relevant paperwork before you are discharged from hospital - this will most often be your discharge certificate.
