How do I delink my Caffè Nero benefit?

To delink your Caffè Nero account from your Vitality account, first log into the Member app:

1. Click Rewards

2. Click on the Active Rewards tab

3. Scroll and click on the Caffè Nero tile

4. Click Want to delink with Caffè Nero?

5. Select Yes, please delink my account

Your account will delink, and you will return to the Caffè Nero screen. You will see that the screen now no longer shows the tracking towards the benefit confirming the delink.

If you need to, you will now be able to link a new Caffè Nero account.
