How do I earn activity points?

You can earn five Vitality activity points per day for completing an eligible workout with Peloton. For a workout to be eligible, it needs to have been a continuous workout for at least 20 minutes. Eligible workout types are:

  • Bootcamp

  • Cardio

  • Strength

  • Yoga

  • Cycling

  • Running

Peloton points may take up to 48 hours to appear on your points statement.

Can I earn extra points with an activity tracker?

If you track your heart rate with an activity tracker whilst doing your workout, you could earn the maximum 8 Vitality activity points per day.

In order to earn those points, you must meet the eligibility criteria for heart rate workouts:

  • You must complete 30 or 60 minutes of continuous activity (if you pause your workout, it won't count)

  • Your average heart rate must be at least 60% of your age-related maximum heart rate for the entire workout

  • You can't earn combined activity points for steps, burning calories and heart rate workouts - you can only earn activity points for one activity a day (whichever it is that earns you the most points)

  • Your device must be linked to Vitality and be one of the eligible devices for heart rate workouts (Apple Watch, Garmin, Samsung, Polar or Fitbit)

Points for heart-rate workouts usually display sooner than 48 hours. However, it is not uncommon for them to arrive after.
