How do I join Virgin Active as a Vitality member?

Eligible Vitality members can receive up to 50% off a monthly Virgin Active gym membership. The Vitality discount applies to the rolling monthly contract. You can join Virgin Active by visiting the sign up page on Member Zone and following the instructions. A joining fee and terms and conditions apply for this benefit.

You can join the gym online, over the telephone, or in person by visiting a branch.

Before you join you'll need:

• Membership - take a note of your Vitality membership number

• Identification - full names, dates of birth and ID for all the people also signing up

• Payment - you will need a debit or credit card to pay your joining fee

To sign up via Member Zone:

Visit the sign up page. From here, you can read the terms and conditions, copy your membership number, and sign up to a Virgin Active monthly membership.

To sign up via the Vitality Member app:

1. In the Member app, tap Get Healthier on the navigation bar

2. Tap the Take action tab at the top

3. Scroll to Workout at the gym

4. Scroll and tap on Virgin Active

5. Scroll down and follow the steps listed under How do I join?
