Before you purchase Peloton hardware?
Before making a purchase, you need to create your Health Profile. This will unlock other Active Rewards too such as Caffè Nero and Apple Watch.
In order for Vitality to reward you with cashback, the principal member will need to add bank details to their Member Zone. To do this in Member Zone:
Click the Account icon
Click My account from the drop-down list
Click Update bank details
Update the required fields
Click Save
Purchasing the hardware
To order Peloton hardware, go to the Member Zone. From the home page:
Click Get Rewarded.
Scroll and click on the Peloton tile.
Read the Peloton terms and conditions, then tick to confirm acceptance once you are happy.
Click Order from Peloton.
Check the bank details are correct. If you are the principal member, click Go to My Account.
Check the details and once you are happy, tick I'm happy with my bank details. If you are not the principal member, ask that they check their details. If happy, click The principal member has checked their bank details.
Click Go to Peloton.
Accept the website cookies.
Click on the chat to learn more icon in the middle of the page.
Use the chat feature to continue the ordering process.
You can use the chat feature once you have ordered to find out more about your order.
You will also need to pay for your All-Access Membership (£39/mo).
If you have already linked your Peloton account to Vitality, you will need to order with the same address you used for your Peloton account for the order to come through to Vitality.
