Returns and exchanges

If you need to return your Runners Need trainers and reinstate your discount code, you can do so following the guidance in the Vitality section of the Runners Need website.

Trainers can be returned via post, at the Runners Need head office, or in-store. Exchanges can only be made in-store.

Once the refund has been processed, your discount will automatically reset within 72 hours. An automated email will be sent to advise you of when your refund has been processed. You can then enter your Vitality membership number and date of birth to apply the discount to your next purchase.
