How do I sign up?
The Fiit benefit is available to members who are 18 or older. Fiit devices are not included in the benefit.
You can only use the Fiit code once. In order to sign up to Fiit, you will need to visit the Member Zone.
Once you have logged in, follow the steps below to sign up:
Click Get rewarded
Scroll and click on the Fiit tile
Click Sign up for Fiit
Click Get your Fiit code
Click Copy and Go to Fiit
Complete the form on Fiit and you will get your annual membership on us
Get your code when you are ready to sign up to Fiit because you only have six months to redeem the code.
If you are already a member with Fiit then you will need to link your Fiit account with Vitality.
Linking your Fiit account with Vitality
In order to receive points for your workouts, you will need to link your Fiit account with Vitality. To do this:
Download the Fiit app.
Click Log in.
Enter your email address and click Send me quick login link.
Go to your email account and open the Fiit quick link login email.
Click the Log in button.
Once you're in the Fiit app, you can create or change your password. You can do this by going to Settings > Profile > Change Password.
Once you’ve set up your Fiit account, open the app. Click on the Profile button.
Click on the Settings button in the top right hand corner.
Click Apps and services.
Click the toggle to connect to either Apple Health or Google Fit.
