Tell me how to change my bank details

In Member Zone you can update your bank details. To do this:

  1. Log in to Member Zone.

  2. Click Manage my Plan.

  3. Click Update payment details.

  4. Click on Health Plan Payments.

  5. To change your Direct Debit details, select Health plan payment. Some of your Bank Details hidden. This is for security purposes.

  6. Change either the Sort Code and/or the Account number.

  7. Click Next.

  8. Read the Direct Debit Guarantee and tick the I understand the above box.

  9. Click Submit.

The changes will automatically take place on your next scheduled payment date.

If you want to resubmit your Direct Debit details:

  1. Select Health plan payment. Some of your Bank Details hidden.

  2. Leave the Sort Code and Account number the same, and click Next.

  3. Read the Direct Debit guarantee and tick the I understand the above box.

  4. Click Submit.

The changes will automatically take place on your next scheduled payment date.
