Cashback payments explained
In order to receive cashback, you’ll need to have earned at least 40 Vitality activity points in the previous month to get the minimum 10% cashback on Good Health products. For a full breakdown, please visit the Waitrose & Partners your Member Zone or the Member app.
You can receive cashback on up to £100 of healthy food spend a month – or £200 for joint or family plans.
The activity points towards cashback are calculated on the first calendar day of the following month after spending. This is then paid into the bank account of the principal member on or around the 20th of that month.
You can view your cashback history in the Vitality Member app by clicking on Rewards then Waitrose & Partners. Your total cashback history is shown in the cashback history.
For example...
Stanley has a single eligible VitalityHealth plan, and is the only member on his plan. He signs up for the Waitrose & Partners reward in June and the activity tracking towards the reward starts in July.
Stanley gets over 160 activity points, which means he gets 25% cashback on the Good Health range for his purchases in August. His cap is £100 but Stanley only spends £80. This means that Stanley receives £20 cashback in the following month of September.
In August, Stanley earns 117 activity points meaning his cashback rate is now 15% for September. Stanley spends £60 in September, meaning he receives £9 cashback in October.
