Eligibility
To be eligible for a weekly handcrafted drink or innocent smoothie and a 25% discount on food, you must have one of the following plans:
Any personal health insurance plan
Any business health insurance plan, excluding Vitality at Work and Essentials plans
Any corporate healthcare plan or healthcare trust with Vitality Plus
A VitalityLife product with Vitality Plus
To be eligible for 50% off a handcrafted weekly drink or innocent smoothie, you must have one of the following plans:
Vitality at Work Business, Vitality at Work Enterprise or Vitality Essentials
A VitalityLife product with Vitality Select
A corporate healthcare plan or healthcare trust with Vitality Select
Set up a Caffè Nero account
To receive your Caffè Nero reward, you’ll need to download the Caffè Nero app on your phone and create an account. Once you have an account, come back to the Member app to link your accounts.
Update your Health Profile
To continue to be eligible during each plan year, you need to update your Health Profile in the Vitality Member app following your plan renewal date. If there is a principal member on the plan, they will need to update their Health Profile first. Other members on the plan will then be able to access the benefit if they have created their Health Profile.
Unlock the Caffè Nero benefit
Link an eligible activity tracker or your phone to the Vitality Member app to start.
Pick up points by creating your Health Profile on the Vitality Member app, working out at a partner gym, joining a parkrun, walking, running, cycling or swimming.
Collect your drink
Once you’ve earned 12 Vitality activity points, between Monday and Sunday, your voucher will be added to your Caffè Nero wallet from Thursday the following week.
From then on, if you earn 12 activity points, your voucher will be added to your Caffè Nero wallet each Thursday.
Caffè Nero will send you an email to let you know if you’ve earned a Caffè Nero reward. You'll also receive a notification if you have notifications enabled for the Caffè Nero app on your device.
You can scan your voucher at your selected Caffè Nero establishment to claim the benefit.
