How does the Nuffield Health gym benefit work?

Eligible Vitality members can receive up to 50% off a monthly Nuffield Health gym membership. A joining fee of up to £39 will apply.

Membership includes:

• A safe gym environment with socially distanced workout areas and studios

• Free access to the new online fitness platform, Nuffield Health 24/7 with over 200 classes, you can work out at a time and place to suit you

• Adapted range of group classes, including LES MILLS™

• Multi-club access to many of the 113 centres nationwide. Multi-gym access depends on which gym you have joined based on a tiered system. Further information is available on Nuffield Health's website

• Pre-booked lane swimming

• Exclusive discounts on health and wellbeing services

• Regular site cleaning by the Infection Prevention Team

To be eligible for the 50% discount you must be covered by:

• a VitalityHealth Personal Healthcare plan

• a VitalityHealth Business Healthcare plan (excluding Vitality at Work, Vitality Essentials, or Vitality at Work Enterprise)

• a VitalityHealth Corporate Healthcare plan or Healthcare Trust with Vitality Plus benefits

• a VitalityLife insurance plan with Vitality Plus

To be eligible for the 40% discount you must be covered by:

• a VitalityHealth Corporate Healthcare plan, or Healthcare Trust with Vitality Select benefits

• a Vitality at Work Enterprise plan

• a Vitality Essentials plan

• a Vitality at Work Business plan

• a VitalityLife insurance plan with Vitality Select (with a minimum monthly premium of £25 or more)

If you are an existing Nuffield Health gym member, you can switch your membership over to get the discount. A transfer fee will apply. You'll need to transfer your gym membership by the 15th of any month. Your new Vitality discounted membership will apply from the following month.

The Vitality discount applies to the rolling monthly membership. You’ll need to give a full calendar months' notice if you want to cancel your existing membership.
