What checks are eligible for points?
Health checks such as Vaccinations, Dental check ups, Eye tests, Mammograms, PAP smears, Prostate or Bowel Cancer screenings and Cholesterol or Blood Glucose testing are eligible for Vitality points.
These checks do not need to have been undertaken by a Vitality provider. Checks with your own GP, dentist, optician or another NHS practitioner are eligible.
Evidence for child vaccinations must be submitted within 6 months of the vaccination taking place. The child must have been on an active Vitality plan at the time of the vaccination to receive points for it. The points awarded for the vaccination will go to the child, NOT the principal member submitting the evidence.
