Check Garmin Connect is linked to the Vitality Member app

  1. Open the Vitality Member app and click the Profile icon in the top right corner

  2. Click Connections to see a list of available and linked devices

  3. Tap Garmin from the list

    • If already linked to Garmin, you will see the option MANAGE PERMISSIONS

  4. If you're not linked to Garmin, click CONNECT

Refresh the Vitality Member app and allow 48 hours for activity to show on your points statement.
