If you receive an error message saying 'The coupon you entered is not valid', follow the guidance below.

This error message comes up when the discount code has not populated and your membership number has been entered.

Open an incognito or private window in your web browser.
Log into the Member Zone.
In Member Zone, click on Get rewarded and then click on the Expedia tile.
Click on Find out how to book.
Read through the information on the next page. Scroll and read and accept Vitality's and Expedia's terms and conditions. At this stage, make a note of your membership number.
Click Book Now.
Before you search for trips, locations, and dates, click Accept all cookies.
Once you have selected your trip, click Reserve to enter the checkout page.
Fill in the details on the checkout page, and click Use a coupon, credit, or promotion code.
Click Apply on the pop-up box that appears showing the discount.
A second pop-up box will appear. Enter your Vitality membership number and click Apply. The trip price will now update with the discount.
When you are ready, click Buy Now.
