What does the Garmin benefit involve?
Garmin offer a range of activity trackers and smartwatches with built-in sports apps.
Most of Garmin's range will track your heart rate, meaning that workout data you upload could earn you Vitality activity points. Visit the Garmin website to check which devices include heart rate tracking.

Choosing your Garmin device
Your Vitality membership entitles you to up to 40% off a range of Garmin devices, although the exact discount will depend upon the device you select. The discount is not available on watches that have been customised using the customisation tool on the Garmin website.
Garmin wearables can track your steps, calories burned, sleep and more. Many of the devices use smart technology to keep you connected, using smart notifications for your emails, calls, texts and more.
For the more advanced user, there are devices which use GPS technology to track how far and fast you go.
