What is the Live Brave benefit?
Live Brave Pilates is a wellness platform and health hub offering Pilates, yoga, and nutritional advice to help foster healthy habits and overall wellbeing.
Live Brave offers over 500+ on-demand classes and 30+ specialised programmes tailored for all life stages (including pre and postnatal, menopause, injury recovery, and athletic performance). You can also access live classes, community forums, and monthly challenges.
You can get access to the Live Brave platform at no cost for the duration of your plan (as a free rolling membership). This saves you £25 per month.
To sign up for the benefit:
Click the link within the benefit email. The link takes you to the Live Brave Vitality landing page.
Click Sign up now to be taken to a new page where you will need to enter your Vitality membership number
You will then be taken to the sign up form where you will be able to confirm your membership
Once signed up, you will be redirected to the Live Brave catalog and asked to verify your email address
Live Brave Family Programme
The Live Brave Family Programme is a story and adventure-led Pilates programme designed to get children aged 5-11 moving, stretching, and building strong bodies. Each session introduces children to classical Pilates movements, such as bridges, side-lying leg work, core control, and posture exercises.
No equipment is required for these sessions (just a mat and some clear space) and there will be 8-10 classes in total, each between 5 and 15 minutes long.
The Family Programme is available to all Vitality members with an active Live Brave subscription via the Live Brave app.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this benefit, you must be 18 years or older with an active Vitality plan.
If you have signed up to Live Brave previously, you are not eligible for this benefit.
