Mindful Chef discount not working

If your Mindful Chef discount isn't working, please check that:

  • Your order value is over £45.

  • Your address is within the delivery range. Mindful Chef deliver to mainland Great Britain, Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey. There are currently no deliveries to other UK islands.

  • You reached 12 activity points in the previous week. You can check previous activity points in your Vitality Member app.

Your weekly discount voucher expires at midnight on the Wednesday after being awarded and can't be carried over.

Delinking your account

To delink Mindful Chef through Vitality:

  1. Log into your Member Zone account

  2. Select Vitality Programme from the top dashboard at the top of the screen and then click Get rewarded

  3. Navigate to the Mindful Chef tile and click it

  4. Click unlink and complete the steps on Member Zone
