If you are thinking of leaving, here are some details you need to know:
We will cancel your plan from the end of the period covered by your most recent payment.
There is no admin fee for this.
Once your cancellation request has been processed, we will confirm the details in writing.
There is no need to cancel your Direct Debit, we will take care of this.
Any treatment taking place after the cover ends will not be eligible.
Any invoices or claims for treatment that takes place after your cover end date will not be eligible.
If you have any memberships or contracts with any Vitality partners, after the cancellation date you'll no longer be eligible for any rewards, discounts or cash back that may apply, and you won't receive a refund for any Vitality activities or points earned.
